Moonbooter 電子音樂項目負責人是出生於德國埃菲爾的Bernd Scholl，而不是同名的其他音樂家。80年代至90年代，貝恩德是位DJ，在musicproducer俱樂部擔任節目主持人。Klaus Schulze, Tangerine Dream和 Jean Michel Jarre都是他年輕時 代喜歡的電子音樂家，特別受Frank Duval風格的啟發。經過數年的努力，他的第一張專輯《Teralogica》，2004年有德國 著名電子廠牌SynGateRecords發行。為謀求更大的發展，貝恩德創建自己的公司MellowJet-Records，且將2008年發行的 專輯《lunatic voyage》於2009年發行DVD。除了製作專輯，積極參加各種演出活動之外，貝恩德還為德國音樂家撰寫文章及作品網頁設計。貝恩德稱自己為“Hybrid Electronic Music of the next Generation下一代混合電子音樂)”
