Evan Bluetech，簡稱 Bluetech，是一個以創作電子音樂為主的音樂製作人，音樂風格以 Downtempo 與 Ambient music 音樂為主。但他的音樂風格也是多樣化的，所以也會在他創作的作品中聽到更多不同類型和風格的音樂。2003年，在 Truffle Records 推出了他的第一首單曲和第一張專輯《Prima Materia 本草綱目》，從此，他一直很幸運，有機會連續推出更多的作品。2004年，在他朋友的幫助下，進入 Native State Records 唱片公司旗下，後面的專輯都是在這家公司發行的。
